"Pros: As we had to arrive to Cavtat in the late evening we have communicated with the owner about the collecting the property key. So it was not complicated. The property was in a very good condition. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes to the beach. We enjoyed the evening town. Cons: -" ~Tatjana

"Pros: Apartment very clean, had everything stated. All kitchen appliances very good, needed the washer being there for 3 weeks, neighbour kind to take away food disposals Cons: Could have removed the spare pane of glass from the balcony. No privacy the blind on the main patio door needs to cover full and side window , always overlooked and seen in by neighbour. No sun lounger, this is required, constant noise from people using the car port , one point 3 cars right outside the window, unfortunately the climb back up to the apartment is too much a climb" ~Clair
