"Pros: Very spacious, modern, quiet and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen etc. Comfortable beds and good showers. Fantastic pool with jacuzzi feature and shower. AC throughout was great. Car is essential to visit lovely Istrian towns like Novigrad, Porec and Rovinj. Supermarket and restaurant a short drive away. Host responsive on email. Cons: The wider area is still being built, so surrounding the property there were building materials, concrete pipe, unfinished road and a broken car dumped. The pool is not private - listing is incorrect. It, along with BBQ area is shared with downstairs apartment. Although not as expected, this didn't cause us any problems during our stay. Stairs to master bedroom are extremely steep and precarious. Not suitable for children, mobility impaired or anyone liable to stumbling!" ~Rebecca
