Set on a secluded countryside location, Villa Stanzia Cocci is an authentic Istrian stone house located on a large estate and surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. The property includes an outdoor pool, while the wall-enclosed garden has automatic gates and private parking spaces. Featuring spacious air-conditioned interiors with 2 satellite TVs, this traditionally decorated villa has a dining room with an open fireplace and 2 living rooms with sofas. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove, coffee machine and fridge. Each bedroom has mosquito nets on the windows and its own private bathroom. A covered 40 m² terrace with barbeque and wine boutique, overlooking the beautiful olive groves and vineyards, is right by the pool. Guests can play table tennis on site, and a children's playground is also available. Stanzia Cocci Villa is about 2 km from Brtonigla, while the nearest beach is 5 km away. Umag is 11 km from the property.

Please inform Villa Stanzia Cocci in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
