"Pros: Villa Lumaka Sun.... We spend great time there. We where two families all together, 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 3-17. Villa is very comfortable, very clean, very well maintained. Kids had absolute blast with the pool, they didnt even bother to turn tv on for whole week. Great outside space to relax in the shade, place to kick the ball, BBQ area, parking for couple of cars. Inside is clean, maintained in very good standard, tvs and air conditioning in every room which blast freezing air in no time. Accommodation is very specious, and modern. It is great place if You want to visit some nearby cities or attractions. Within 30 min drive You got places like Krka NP, Sibenik, Vodice, Primosten. Local beach is like 5 min walk from villa, and some other nice beaches few min drive away. ( beach in Bilo , Vodice) Couple Local shops in few min walk and supermarket nearby if You need anything. Host... Kresimir was great guy. Welcomed us in time we requested, show us everything, explain everything. We had good contact through out our stay there. We would stay there in the future. Thank You Cons: Only thing comes to my mind is this... There is some construction sites of new homes in the village and nearby the beach. It didnt bother us with noise as we didnt hear anything from there. It just visual as You walk to the beach. We didnt bother with that but it might be problem for someone else." ~Lukasz

"Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, it felt like home, but by the sea... The hosts are amazingly nice, always there for everything you need :) The house is nice and clean and very close to the beach (about 3' walking). We really enjoyed having a barbeque in the yard and we succesfully used it, also, the kids loved bouncind on the trampoline. The rooms are bigger then in the pictures, there is parking space in the yard, just in front of the property and everything is very accessible by foot (the beach, a grocery store, a bakery, etc) We were 3 adults and 3 children, it was perfect for us :) Cons: The internet was a little slow, but this is the same allover Croatia" ~Ami
