"Pros: The villa is great, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has all a person could need. Good size bedrooms and comfortable beds. One of the rooms has an extra bed, so actually 5 people can sleep in a nice bed. Each room has its own bathroom and there is an additional WC. The pool area is fantastic, water was clean, yet quite cold. The lounge area is very nice and there are a few swings + a basketball count. The bike was a great addition, so one of us can pick up breakfast in the the nearby village. The location is great - close to Zadar but still in a very quite area. There was a construction site next door, but it was not too loud. The area with the village restaurants and shops is 10min walk. Yet, to explore the are, you will need a vehicle for sure. All and all, this is a great value for money. The hosts have thought of everything, so this would be an unforgettable stay. Cons: Although we truly enjoyed our stay, I would recommend the host to consider improving the following: Shower cap in the room on the right should be fixed and water stream should be managed better. Have some salt and some other things like olive oil (you produce it there anyways ;) ), vinaigrette, pepper etc. For short trips stay that helps not buying enormous packages for nothing. Buy some wine glasses - these are perfect for in the lounge area. Install hangers for clothes and towels. Nowhere in the living room, kitchen or the bathroom, one could hang his jacket or towel. Swartz coffee machine might be good for certain cultures but have the option for a proper, strong, Balkan coffee in the morning :) The garage door is quite heavy and its manual opening is not very heandy. We would recommend to install a remote control system as well. The pool was great but using it Mid September was challenging because the water cannot heat that quickly anymore by sun alone. We would recommend using a heating system for the Spring/Fall months. Beaware that only cash is accepted as payment for the property. All of the above are just recommendations for improvement and the lack of them have not affected anyhow negatively our long weekend stay." ~Yana
