"Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Anica. On arrival, we had to pick up the keys at the Touristic
Office Splendido is two houses away from where the apartment Anica is. Everyone at the agency was very nice and fast with guiding us where to find the apartment. The owner waited for us in front of the house and showed us around the studio apartment. He was very welcoming and as well, he showed us around the map where to find different things in Baska which were helpful to know. In general, the apartment is close to the center of Baska but has all the quiet you want in the evening. It's very clean, small, and cozy. Outside of the apartment, you get a table and two chairs which is lovely for dinners and enjoying summer evenings. The beach is very close but if you want a more private beach with fewer people you will have to hike for a bit and explore around (or get a taxi boat). Overall, we had a lovely time during our stay and would for sure recommend it to others."

"Pros: Very good location, beach 10 min walk.
Ground apartmant had pleasant temperature, also air condition in living room with kitchen, when door to bedroom open was ok to cool the bedroom as well.
Equipment was good in the kitchen.
Mosquito net in livingroom.
Cons: Minor issue easy to fix, but not fixed thus making the stay less comfortable. Leaking water from the tap made irritating sound over the night.
The light switch in the living room was broken and working was only outdoor light switch. There were many mosquitos outside, so terrase not used in the afternoons. So opening doors into the mosquito paradise whenever need to switch off the light in the living room was annoying. Mosquito net would be needed in bathroom and bedroom as well. When fixing issues, I would rate 8."
