"Pros: It’s a Beachfront hotel, it’s great being in front of the beach. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained, lots of animals like sloths even outside our room, it’s a great place to relax and admire nature
Cons: This isn’t our first time here and you notice the hotel is run down, the products to clean the toilets are bad quality as they smell like urine since the moment you enter the room and even after they attempt to clean it. the pool needs serious maintenance, there are broken pieces inside de pool, like filters and lights and there’s also material falling from the jacuzzi wall into the garden.
They lack security specially during the day, the pool and jacuzzi area is not secure, lots of people who are not guests get inside the hotel to use the facilities (toilets, showers, pool and jacuzzi even the chairs); this is not safe at all, as you leave your belongings in the chairs. We talked about it with other guests. They need a controlled entrance from the beach to the pool or close it again, it’s a mess. The hotel has lots of open spaces but this area can be easily controlled."
