The spacious holiday home is equipped with 4 bedrooms, a TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Brasilito Beach is 1.9 km from the holiday home, while Potrero Beach is 2.9 km away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All deposits are nonrefundable. If medical reasons or Special emergencies prevent guest(s) from travelling, money on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to book a future date. Future rentals may or may not be the same value depending on availlability and season. Check-in's after 6:00 PM will have an extra charge of $20 USD.
