"Pros: Room was very comfortable. Lots of birds around. We saw a whole flock of toucans in the morning. If it wasn't raining, that view of the volcano would have been amazing. Cons: There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and we had to wander the grounds to find someone as there wasn't a note or way to contact anyone left at the desk, which is a few hundred years away from the rooms. Pool seemed smaller in person than how it appears in the photo." ~Joshua
