"Pros: The staff were exceptional! So kind and welcoming. Our luggage was delayed and they let us have a very late check out in order to accommodate us getting our bags delivered. Cons: I didn’t realize it didn’t have a/c so it was pretty warm in the room for us. The electrical was also a little sketchy. Something would trigger the lights in our room and they’d flicker and pop. On a map, the hotel looks close to the SJO airport, but it took us about 30 minutes to get there." ~Breanna
