"Pros: A family of sloths visited us - with a very wee baby! A howler monkey came down to investigate - watching us from a tree. The howlers were great! Red dart frogs everywhere. A beautiful toucan came through. The pond is full of guppies! Agouti frequent the grounds, and a family of birds live by the pond. Good time of year - we slept in the open areas and didn't get harassed by bugs. A short walk to the beach and to restaurants, bars.
Cons: The plumbing has a squeal and resonates throughout the treehouse. We ended up running water to eliminate it. Water pressure at shower is painfully low. The couch was not the most comfortable. But really, you're in a treehouse, we get that. And loved it!"
