Set on the white sands of Titikaveka Beach, Sands Villas - Titikaveka features accommodation with a patio offering ocean views. Guests enjoy free use of kayaks and snorkeling equipment. The spacious villas offer 3-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. All include a lounge area with a sofa and a TV. Each patio offers outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities. Guests can relax in the lovely tropical gardens, or just unwind on their patio’s sun loungers. Sands Villas - Titikaveka is 5 minutes’ drive from Muri Beach. It is 10 minutes’ drive from the main township of Avarua. Rarotonga International Airport is 15 minutes’ drive away. Upon arrival, guests receive a free breakfast basket that includes bread, coffee and milk. There are several dining options and shops within 10 minutes’ walk.

Transfers are available to and from Rarotonga International Airport for NZD 20 per adult and NZD 10 per child (2-11yrs) each way. Children under the age of 2 travel free. Please inform Sands Villas - Titikaveka in advance if you want to use this service. Please let Sands Villas - Titikaveka know your expected arrival time in advance. Please note that Sands Villas does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for NZD 20 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for NZD 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
