"Pros: The location away from the main road was nice which made it quiet. The hotel was comfortable and clean and had good a/c.
Cons: We had a small issue in the morning related to breakfast and paying for our room. It was advertised as being included, but there was no hostess present in the morning. We made some instant coffee and waited until 8 a.m. to leave, but still no one had arrived. We ended up grabbing a bite to eat at a nearby bakery and returned later to pay, but the doors were locked and no one was there.
Fortunately, we were able to reach the hostess via WhatsApp and arranged to pay at our next hotel in Mocoa. She was very kind, and I’m sure something unexpected must have come up on her end. In hindsight, we could have communicated our early departure more clearly upon check-in.
I would still recommend this place. it’s lovely overall just be sure to communicate in advance if you need to leave early or are counting on breakfast."
