"Pros: The facilities are good and well maintained, staff is friendly and attentive, the position is few blocks from the main square. Despite it says "no breakfast" included the staff every morning was bringing us some food and coffee as a courtesy
Cons: There is no A/C in the rooms, the sauna/jacuzzi are good but can only be used by reservation after 6 pm for 30 min and the guy who managed those facilities is kind of intense, he follows you and expects you to enjoy each of them in an precise order, kind of odd considering you are supposed to relax there"

"Pros: The property is very clean with beautiful landscape. It’s very tranquil and zen for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean and bathroom is modern. We did experience a lot of ants in the bathroom area. However, overall our experience was great. The staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was included in our booking and was delicious and plentiful. The hotel has an onsite restaurant which the food and prices were fantastic! I highly recommend Lombok for any future stays. I would definitely return!
