"Pros: The room was excellent, with great infrastructure, but what impressed me the most was the customer service and the kindness of the staff — especially Glenda and Mrs. Diosa, with whom I had the most contact. I stayed at the property for a month, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. I truly felt at home. Location was also really good, nearby a good supermarket (exito), a gym, church, local business. If I have to come back to Bogotá I would definetily consider to stay here again. Cons: Like many establishments in Colombia, the aparthotel follows the policy of allowing check-in only at 4:00 PM, some kind of scam, so that your chance to arrive earlier is higher, therefore requiring you to pay an early check-in fee. In addition, after my 30-day stay booked through Booking ended, I tried to extend for 8 more days, but the front desk did not have authorization to maintain the long-stay discount. In short, the downside of this hotel is only some of the strategies adopted by management." ~Vitor
