"Pros: Hotel was in a great location near to Katowice airport, perfect for us as we arrived late in the evening. The view of the lake from the balcony of our room was lovely. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Cons: Very limited facilities in the room. Two glasses were provided but no water. No information about Wi-Fi connectvity was provided either. Breakfast was more expensive than advertised on Booking.com (40 zloty per person) and was not very good. No cold drinks were provided (not even water) and the hot food options were delayed. It did not feel like good value for money compared to most food we ate in Poland. It seemed like there was probably a wedding happening at the hotel the day after we stayed there, as we were awoken by a make-up artist knocking on our door at about 5:30am who had obviously got the wrong room! Later in the morning there was a lot of noise coming from a nearby room, mainly ladies chatting." ~Matthew
