"Pros: Great location. Right next to the metro with a mall nearby. Staffs were polite and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning (~7,8 ish) and were planning on just leaving the luggage at the counter but we were able to check into our room straightaway. The cleaning ladies were super quick and amazing. Great big comfortable room. Superb shower pressure Cons: Our room was near the elevator and occasionally there were cigarette smells despite non-smoking signs" ~Nattanisha
