"Pros: Room was very luxurious, feeling like a British gentleman's club. Good work desk fridge and safe. Comfortable bed. Staff attentive. Cons: I felt there were a few design faults. It looked like the bathroom was designed by someone who didn't have to use it. For example, the bath towels weren't near the shower, meaning you'd have to walk across the room, after using the shower to reach the towel on a shelf across the room. I had to hang it on the rail of the door, where I could reach it. Plus the toilet paper holder was behind the cistern, out of reach, instead of at the side, where there was space to put it. The description on Booking.com site said there was a free shuttle bus from the airport, but on contacting the hotel, they said it was 200 yuan. So we took a taxi instead, which only cost 50 yuan. Plus the confirmation email said there were free fruit on arrival, but it wasn;t and we had to ask for it next day." ~David
