"Pros: First of all I would like to give big thumbs up to all the staff of Atour Hotel, they are so polite, helpful and efficient. Tea was served upon arrival at the reception, check in was quick and simple, all done in a professional manner with a smile. The room was spacious, well design, simple but modern. The bed was comfortable and clean. What I like the most is the wireless charger, there were 3 in the room, so convenient. Air conditioning was good, unlike some other hotels, you can indeed change the temperature and fan speed of your own room. The only comment is the maintenance of the shower, brown marks and water marks were noticed along the edges. Location of the hotel is also good, only 11 rmb by taxi to Zhonshan Road. Also lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Cons: One downside is the hotel is located on a elevated level where cars cannot stop right in front of the hotel main entrance. The day when I arrived it was raining heavily it was quite inconvenient to walk up to the hotel with all the luggage. I found out later that there was a side entrance where cars can drive into the premises on level -1 but most of the taxis do not know about it and they will just stop near the hotel." ~Mei
