"Pros: Hospitality! room service is excellent, very helpful; staff are nice and polite, from check in desk to casino guards..., they are so polite and make us feel so welcome! Cons: The food court staff and retail shop staff are not so nice, some of them even rude. One example is that we bought some food in food court, the staff insisted us to pay in cash and kept increasing her voice. I pointed at the counter with an Alipay sign and she started to feel annoyed and shouted, " You foreigner won't have Alipay, bla bla bla". I got so anger and showed her my alipay app, then she kept quiet. Retail stores' like the souvenir store near the entrance of the Eiffel Tower; the 24-hours grocery store ..., staff are equally rude." ~Vinod
