"Pros: - Rooms were very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable.
- The pools and grounds were nice, and the locations is directly on the beach.
- Very clean hotel everywhere.
- Bathroom was great with a nice shower.
Cons: - Breakfast is extremely busy (even during Hainan's quiet period). You have to wait for a table every single day. That seems bad management.
- I informed the hotel that it was my partner's birthday but they didn't do anything at all for that. Every 5* hotel I've ever stayed will give a small gift or nice gesture.
- There's not enough parking at the hotel."
