"Pros: The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with pleasant modern decoration. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is close to many lovely meal places and Tsimshatsui East area. Cons: The flights of stairs leading up to the hotel is quite challenging for the elderly. Not easy to get taxi to drive up to the hotel. No other meals except breakfast is served at the very nice restaurant so we are obliged to go out for meals travelling up and down the stairs, which however looks fantastic when lit up at night." ~Ho
