"Pros: The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location was central with easy access to transport links. The breakfast was a buffet and there was a wide selection of food on offer, a lot of international food which catered for a wide range of tastes. The staff were very friendly and they made my partner and I very welcome. A very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay there again.
Cons: The fact that they ring fenced the entire amount of the cost of the stay, in addition to me paying upon arrival. However, I did get the ring-fenced amount back into my account upon checkout. I understand this is standard practice in most hotels."
