"Pros: The property its self is great, very nice and modern and has everything you need! Cons: Check in was at 4pm which is rather late, and we had no where for us to keep our bags, we also had no towels till 7pm so could shower after a long day traveling, not sure why they need 6hours to clean the room and still not have the towels ready. Communication wasn’t great from the host, once I paid it was difficult to reach them. It’s about an hours walk to the main part valspo" ~Alexandra

"Pros: The apartment is beautiful, has all the kitchen facilities you'd need, and is in a great location - on top of one of the hills of Valparaiso, overlooking the sea, and with a funicular that takes you from the bottom of the hill to just a 2 minute walk to the apartment building (for only 100 pesos). The staff at reception are really friendly. If it wasn't for the design of the building and the dangerous staircase, I would have given this a 9 or 10. Cons: The design of the apartment building is completely mad, it feels like it has been over-complicated by the designers. To access this particular apartment, you enter the building reception area at street level (which is called floor '11'), take one lift down to floor 9, walk across a dark multi-storey car park, get in another lift, and then go up to floor 13. Looking out the window, you're only two floors above street level. It was a mission every time I came back to the apartment to get to my room! A complete labyrinth! In the apartment itself, please be aware that the stairs up to the bed area above the kitchen are concrete and of an open style - i.e. with no backs to them. Plus they finish right in front of a glass door at the bottom. And the bed area is also of an open style, with a sheer drop down to the kitchen area (a single bar across exists but it wouldn't do much to break a fall). Definitely not a safe apartment if you have young children or elderly guests." ~Jennifer

"Pros: Excellent location and view, staff ready to assist, all amenities new, kitchen well equipped. Availability of parking. good size at 31sqm, the shower has strong water pressure and plenty hot water. Cons: I think that for the price and the length of stay, 5 nights, we should have received a change of towels. The shower door needs to be adjusted, much water sips out onto the floor" ~Ricardo
