"Pros: Cuki was absolutely lovely. She looked after us and made sure we were comfy and warm. She did our laundry, offered us food, extra blankets and was great company. All the cats were friendly too, especially the cheeky Maria. The room was nice and spacious with a comfy bed. shared bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. The shower was nice and hot. It was close to the centre, local food spots, as well as a walkable distance to the bus station." ~Joseph

"Pros: Breakfast!!! Pancakes, eggs, coffee, fresh fruit and loads of different spreads and toppings. There's even a take away breakfast if you have an early tour and a great kitchen for cooking your own meals. Rodrigo is super helpful for local information and can book tours for you. He even let us cancel our reservation for free when plans changed due to a snow storm on our way to San Pedro. Great location, hot showers, towels, warm blankets and plenty of luggage storage on shelves in dorm rooms." ~Jacob
