"Pros: excellent location very quiet Cons: from the first of April 2025 the hotel is charging 25USD for take away breakfast even if the breakfast is already included in the room. We asked to discuss with the manager (Oscar), he came at the restaurant at 10 meters from us and ignored us. This manager doesn't care about his clients and treat them as ATM, this attitude is absolutely unacceptable. no mini bar in the room no coffee machine and no boiler for the tea in the room no information received at the check-in such as astronomy tour offered by the hotel. no information of what is included in the breakfast apart of the buffet (fried eggs, avocado toast). Heating system doesn't work in the room, they offered blankets. on booking.com they claim to be a 5 stars, I absolutely don't agree." ~Cedric
