"Pros: The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English. Cons: None." ~Gill

"Pros: It was decent. Clean, well furnished, friendly staff and cleaners. Cons: Missing WiFi instructions. The upstairs shower sucked. We had to pick up keys from a separate location, so two taxi rides in the middle of the night. The apartment was difficult to find, both with gps and upon arrival, it was unclear." ~Gail
