"Pros: The location is great because it’s a block away from the costanera but you can still enjoy the view of the lake from the premises and the park across the street with having to hear all the car noises. The host and the team that welcomed my friend and I were very quick at responding, very helpful with everything in the apt and the building. The apartment is the right size for a stay of 4 days or less. You get the basics in the kitchen, and the decor is pleasant. Having an assigned parking spot in the garage is very convenient. I would certainly stay there again. Cons: The building doesn’t seem to have amenities like a pool or a gym, which could come handy. The apt itself faces southwest which is great for sunsets but the view is boring plus there’s gravel road behind the property and it’s pretty dusty and noisy because of the cars passing by. Also the apt has a dining table and chairs that take up a lot of the kitchen and living space" ~Denis
