"Pros: We received the apartment at the first floor. It was big, convenient and nice. It was a cold day, and we received warm blankets and the nice host lit the fire for us. Breakfast was okay." ~Moti

"Pros: Cosy, clean cabin, good facilities, comfortable bed, TV with English speaking channels, central location, quiet area. Diego was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nice garden area with parking. Cons: Nothing though it’s worth noting that the National Park is closed on Mondays and you also have to book ahead as places quickly fill during peak season. The park was the only reason we went to Puyuhuapi and we were not able to go because of these reasons so ended up leaving a day early and losing a night’s accommodation costs. Had we known, we would have changed our plans. We did however take the boat excursion which we wouldn’t have done so ended up seeing dolphins, penguins and seals." ~Lynn
