"Pros: It has a great location in the middle of town. The staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be but it's still ok. The room was attractive and the bed was comfortable. The price/quality ratio seems fair to me. There are only 2 or 3 parking spots in front of the hotel. I advise you to book one well in advance of your stay if you're driving to Pucón. Cons: It's not the hotel's fault but the new restobar opposite the hotel was pretty noisy. Perhaps time to invest in some better windows?" ~Mike
