"Pros: Staff/hosts were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Great location and comfortable accommodation. Pucón had a power outage during my stay (due to high winds) and the staff kindly upgraded me to another room that had electricity and warm water. Cons: Nothing, everything was great. Potentially it would have been good to have a generator when the power outage was happening." ~Delphine
