"Pros: We have been here before. It's a magical place and we keep coming back whenever we are in the area. The park is fantastic, with lush vegetation, and the location along the river is wonderful. The rooms/cabins are very comfortable and the hot pools are delicious. Food is good although rather basic but that is OK. Cons: Huife should be careful that the maintenance of the rooms/cabins/pools is kept up-to-date. Of course that is a huge task. At this moment it's still good enough but we noted signs that things are getting old. Example is the big pool with roof where there are some tiles/stones missing, and across the park the plastic chairs are getting a bit tired." ~Hb

"Pros: We enjoyed everything about this property. The house was very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed to relax, cook, and enjoy the surroundings. Its location in a quiet, rural area was perfect for us. We loved watching the hummingbirds and listening to the bird songs. The woodstove kept the house nice and toasty on a cooler rainy day. I can’t say enough about how helpful and welcoming the hosts were. Both Francisco and Juliette went out of their way to answer questions and provide us with information so we could find good hikes. They were very responsive from the day we made the reservation to when we checked out and even offered to help if we needed it as we continued our travels. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a lovely place to explore the area from and yet be away from the hustle and bustle of Pucon." ~Ann
