"Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The setting is gorgeous in the countryside. Cons: It was my own fault but I didn't check the location from Pucon centre which is about a 20 minute drive. If you don't have a car, a taxi is expensive and there is nothing in walking distance. The room itself is a little run down but comfortable" ~Zoe
