"Pros: Great location between Puerto Varas and Ensenada. On the lake and beside the main road (but couldn't hear any traffic noise). Well kitted out kitchen. Friendly dog! Very responsive and friendly host, and accommodated a very early check out due to flight times. Cons: Very cold, despite the heater and blanket provided (upstairs where the bed is was warmer - lots of draughts downstairs). Sofa in living area (convertible to a bed) was very uncomfortable for relaxing in the evening. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. No hot water in the kitchen sink." ~Patrick
