"Pros: The property was as advertised. Claudio (the host) was always very kind and kept a very good communication via WhatsApp and Booking messaging from the moment we booked to when we left the lodge. He met us at the entrance to hand over the apt's key and a small electronic tag for the main gate opening. He also gave us all the important information needed upon arrival. What I liked the most was having a gas heater in the apartment which was very helpful as the nights there can be chilly. Also having a TV set wasn't that bad. There were several small shops and a supermarket nearby. We were able to buy our own stuff and have nice quick snacks when we were in for the night. Fridge, microwave, cooktop were available as well as several kitchen appliances. Finally, we got there on a hired car which we would definitely recommend as the distances to beaches and other points of interest can be somewhat beyond walking distances. Cons: This has nothing to do with the property or the owner, but we were unfortunate to have an extremely noisy family gathering outside on our first night. At some point it felt like they were shouting and talking loudly on purpose. Thankfully it was only for the first night and they left the patio after around 22:30 (and the property in the next morning!). Also, we think the shower could be upgraded. There was either good temperature with poor water pressure or somewhat good water pressure but with very cold water - we chose the former option. Other than this, everything was very good!" ~Mc80yrw
