"Pros: You can't stay at a better location if you are going to ski/snowboard. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The afternoon hot chocolate was a treat. The roof top hot tub was nice but I wish it wasn't reservation only. Cons: Roof top hot tub was very nice but it's reservation only so you can only book 30 minute at a time. On one evening, people were eating and drinking before we got there and it was a bit messy. I wish there was a regular pool/spa like other hotels." ~Juno

"Pros: The location was excellent, right in the village. Handy to cafes and restaurants. Cons: The property is a little dated. Some cupboards and doors difficult to open and in need of repair. When we arrived the lift was under repair, so carrying large suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was difficult." ~Jennifer
