"Pros: The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The main area was clean. Room was a good size for 3 adults and a toddler. Cons: The rooms were dusty. There were dust bunnies on the baseboards and corners of the room. The carpet felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed. This was most noticeable on the side of the beds next to walls. The dishes/kitchen items were dusty and appeared to not have been used in a long time or washed but not rinsed well. Luckily we weren’t there long enough to really need to use the kitchen items. When checking in, I had to stand and wait at the front for someone for 15 mins. When checking out the employee wanted to argue with me on our check out date. We had originally booked for 3 nights but a month before arrival we had adjusted our trip to stay 2 nights. She finally adjusted our check out day but I felt questioned even though I had proof of the changes we made prior to arrival." ~Tam
