"Pros: Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. Staff tried their best to be helpful. They were very accommodating. The elevator was quick. Cons: It was an old building (we were on the 3rd floor) & we heard the floorboards creaking from the floor above. Staff had limited knowledge of various tourist spots. Lighting could have been better. The room was dark with a small window." ~Anonymous

"Pros: The young man right from the start, gave us exceptional service. We were early, he set our bags in our room and said when the room would be ready.
