"Pros: Spacious, luxurious, felt very different than a hotel room. There was a mini fridge and microwave we didn’t expect so that was nice. The location was excellent and we were able to secure free parking across the street every night but we were also not in tourist season. There was a common area in the basement with a few dishes, kettles and toaster and a table for 6 I think. Nice place to socialize or play games. Getting in was easy with code so no restrictions, lots of privacy. Beds and pillows were comfy. Email communication was effective, they were very responsive and helpful. Cons: Bedding was thin but I’m sure they had more quilts if we had asked but we travelled with our own. There is no elevator so be prepared for stairs or ask for unit 1 or 2. Getting to the basement common room means more stairs and the stair way down is pretty narrow, other stairs (to rooms) was nice and wide. There is no creamer or coffee mate for coffee and no microwave downstairs which we found weird since they supplied dishes. Coffee is instant but that is very common in NFLD. Our room had a smaller tub, really only a shower unless you are petite." ~Labossiere
