"Pros: The staff was lovely, the restaurant next door was very good. The hotel location was close to shops and Starbucks. The hotel was very clean, they always had fresh water in the lobby. Cons: The fridge in my room was making a loud sound one night, as they didn't have maintenance on site, I had to move it away from the wall to unplug it and was covered in dust. They did offer to move me to another room but it was late and I was in the middle of work. They did replace the fridge the next day. Also, wish the garage can in the room was larger, as I was eating in due to work." ~Alexandra
