"Pros: I like how the place has been renovated. I appreciate the staff's exemplary customer service. I like the scenic view by the room's window. I like the provided shampoo, condition, show gel, hand soap, & lotion in the washroom. I like how the washroom the temperature regulator. I like how spot clean everything is. I like the comfortable bed. I like the lighting of the room. Cons: I don't like how the glass windows are not completely clear (had paint stains in them). I don't like how the door did not have a "security peep hole". I don't like how the faucet in the bathroom sink would splash everytime it was opened and how the extra water would wet the floor. I didn't like how fluffy the pillows are. I didn't like how small the room was." ~Karen
