"Pros: The room was beautiful. Hotel was neat and clean. Was extremely happy to receive 2x bottles of water when booking in. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The coffee in the room availble was also good, whereas I have experiened some poor choices at previous hotels. The soaps etc. was also great products. Even though I do not think there were enough staff available at the front desk upon arrival, the lady was extremely friendly and helpful. Cons: The toilet was loose (I did report at the reception when checking out). It wasn't great having to pay for parking. Also, there was no signage on the building. I actually went to the Holiday Inn by mistake as I could not find the hotel. The breakfast choices weren't fantastic, that opted me to rather have a high protein breakfast elsewhere. These are not complaints, merely observations. Location wasn't great. I do think I would have been more willing to pay more and drive further if I knew what the location looked like late at night as I stayed as I was attending a conference in the city. I wasn't completely comfortable with parking my business owned vehicle in an open parking where there was people walking around in the parking lot (not a secured parking area) and having to walk to the hotel with beggars laying on the pavements." ~Botha
