Well this is what Jennifer has accomplished at The Beach House. Yes, you get the view and a fantastic house but it's the small things... look in any cupboard and you'll find something extra (from the fully stocked spice rack to the Beach House Wine which was waiting on arrival). Garden games and kayaks all available for outdoor fun and books and puzzles for those rainy evenings. The guide was just fantastic, from local hikes, places of interest to full menus of local eateries, it had it all.
