"Pros: I selected this hotel because it was highly rated and I chose an upgraded room. The staff were very friendly, the room was large, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. But overall I was disappointed. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Cons: There were no comfortable chairs and the TV was small compated to the distance from the bed. There was only one convenient plug to use to recharge our electronics. The wifi service was poor (reported to staff). There were no flat surfaces to organize toiletries, clothes and other items for the day. We had a ground floor room so we needed to close the curtains but this was challenging since they were tied behind furniture. Management should experience the rooms by acting like visitors." ~Andre
