"Pros: The location was great - we could walk to the pub. The decor of the rooms was nice. We appreciated the special price for this weekend, which is why we came. Cons: They can definitely use more outdoor seating in the garden or some picnic tables. People are coming for the nature, and there were only 2 chairs in the garden which were always occupied, as the lodge seemed almost full. We had to carry a table and 2 little benches down from our room on the second floor to sit on. There also is no ice machine, and nowhere to buy ice, and the liquor store does not sell white wine!!!!" ~Kerry

"Pros: Wonderfully equipped, luxurious water-side cabins in a magical location, absolutely away from it all but with a great pub - serving delicious ales and meals - right on the doorstep. Worth the drive for the peace and solitude and for strolling along the old wooden pier outside your own private patio. Cons: Not much - it is isolated but that’s the beauty of it. There’s a small kitchen area with fridge and microwave, but no oven or hot plate" ~Mike
