"Pros: Fantastic location, just facing the lake. Rustic but with electric appliances for your convenience. We had a walk on the lake shore. It ‘s a few minutes drive to the Pomquet Beach Provincial park. The owner is very thoughtful by sending us emails about the facilities and recommendations on restaurants nearby. We tried two and they were really nice. Cons: As we arrived late in the evening there were two big dogs of the previous landlord following our car into the property and watching us through the car windows, which was scary in the dark and remote area. But the owner was very helpful and told us that we did not need to be afraid as they would not attack. We stayed calm in the car for a while until the dogs left. It was an interesting experience though." ~Wenying
