"Pros: This property exceeded all my expectations and is easily one of the best in the area. The space is impeccably clean and comes fully equipped with everything you could need. The landlord is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Despite being a basement unit, it was incredibly quiet—I didn’t hear a single sound. The place is well maintained, and I was tempted to lease it right away. It features appliances, including a washer and dryer, a microwave, and mini fridge, and touch screen toaster which I never knew existed . The cleanliness was outstanding—I felt compelled to leave it spotless. On top of that, there’s free parking, which is such a great bonus. The TV and bed were also incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall experience. This is truly a gem of a property that I can’t recommend enough! Cons: No complaints at all." ~Eddy

"Pros: The room was upgraded on arrival and we were quite happy with the size and seating. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Carpet could do with a cleaning, but overall we were very satisfied with the accommodations. Cons: The Breakfast Room was extremely hot. We chose to take our food back to our room instead.
