The landlord is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Despite being a basement unit, it was incredibly quiet—I didn’t hear a single sound. The place is well maintained, and I was tempted to lease it right away. It features appliances, including a washer and dryer, a microwave, and mini fridge, and touch screen toaster which I never knew existed . The cleanliness was outstanding—I felt compelled to leave it spotless. On top of that, there’s free parking, which is such a great bonus. The TV and bed were also incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall experience. This is truly a gem of a property that I can’t recommend enough! Cons: No complaints at all." ~Eddy
