"Pros: Clean, good service Cons: We got there an hour before checkin and when I called the number on Google to ask if I could check in early the woman rudely stated “you’ll have to ask the front desk”. I thought the number I called was the front desk. So i asked if I could have the front desk number and she said “I’ll transfer you to them”. So why couldn’t she just transfer me off the bat instead of being rude about it? Parking was a hassle and payment wasn’t included in the reservation like we thought. The parking employee had us park in the lot instead of going to the drop off and didn’t explain that I needed to get it validated until I went back and asked her how to pay (we were staying for 6 nights, she also didn’t ask if we had checked in already or how long we were staying). Not to mention the sign in the garage had the wrong price listed. Then when I asked the bellmen for a cart to transport my luggage they said I couldn’t touch the carts and I would have to bring my car back down to the drop off for them to help us. Then on our way back to the car one of them showed up with the cart to help us, contradicting what they had just told me to do. He didn’t communicate the change in direction and I wasn’t even sure he was there to help us until I asked what he was doing. But he made sure to mention that I could tip him. Later in the week our bedroom door stopped working and I had to wait in a really long check in line to get help even though I was already a checked in guest. When we finally got to the front desk I asked if there was anywhere else we could go for issues like that and the employee said we could go to the priority check in line (which was way shorter) since we were Hilton honors members. I didn’t even know I was a Hilton honors member and if that was made clear to me I would’ve been spared a 20 min wait in line to get our door fixed. I would have expected a desk solely for guest services. Also our fridge was acting up all week." ~Stephen
