"Pros: stylish and newly renovated small building with a free washing machine and dryer in basement suite convenient for long professional stays. the unit is comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Cons: the unit is smaller than expected, essentially a hotel room and it is not possible to use the kitchen corner outside a quick breakfast ( even the toaster triggers the fire alarm ! ). The building was very clean upon arrival but then there were some issues with the cleaning team and the staircase was left unkept for a week. Nothing terribly unpleasant but still … There are also many small units ( Dens) in this building so quietness depends on people behavior. When the neighbor above decided for a heavy work out on an early Saturday morning then you are done sleeping .. ( it happened)" ~Brigitte
